Signal Conditioners
METRIX
Signal ConditionersSeismic signal conditioners are designed to accept an input from (and provide power to) a seismic sensor. They convert the signal to a proportional 4-20mA DC signal that can be used as an input to process control instrumentation such as a PLC or DCS. They provide additional convenience features such as optional displays, BNC connectors for access to the dynamic sensor signal, and bandpass filtering. Metrix offers seismic signal conditioners that can accept either acceleration or velocity sensors, and are available with or without an integral display.
5580 Smart Vibration Signal Conditioner
Designed to accept signals from machine casing mounted velocity sensors, accelerometers or shaft observing proximity probe systems and produce a 4-20 mA output proportional to the measured variable
The 5580 is a new generation DIN rail mounted Smart Vibration Signal Conditioner from Metrix. It has been designed to accept signals from machine casing mounted velocity sensors, accelerometers or shaft observing proximity probe systems and produce a 4-20 mA output proportional to the measured variable. It provides the user with a configurable signal input type for two independent channels plus a configurable feature to scale output either to peak or RMS units.
5534, 5544 Velocity Signal Cond.
Smart Vibration Signal Conditioner from Metrix is designed to accept signals from machine casing mounted velocity sensors, accelerometers or shaft observing proximity probe systems and produce a 4-20 mA output proportional to the measured variable.
These Velocity Signal Conditioners accept signals from machine casing mounted velocity sensors and produce a 4-20 mA current source output proportional to the measured variable. The detection circuit is responsive to true RMS vibration but the output may be scaled either to peak or RMS units.
5535, 5545 Accelerometer Signal Cond.
Accept signals from most machine casing mounted accelerometers.
These Accelerometer Signal Conditioners accept signals from machine casing mounted Metrix Seismic Accelerometer or most competitve accelerometers and produce a 4-20 mA current source output proportional to the measured variable. The detection circuit is responsive to true RMS vibration but the output may be scaled either to peak or RMS units.
